POSITION: Preschool paraeducator

TERM:  Part-time Remainder of 2017-2018 school year

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Ability to work with children and adults in a positive manner.

  2. Experience working with young children.

  3. Ability to supervise, monitor, manage and provide safety for preschool aged children.

  4. Current first aid certification.

  5. High school diploma or equivalent.

  6. Pre-employment fingerprinting required.

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, parents, community, staff and administration.

  2. Ability to effectively monitor and manage the safety of  preschool age students.

  3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  4. Ability to model behavior, language and social skills for preschool age children.

  5. Ability to promote and encourage a positive attitude within the school and bus environments.

  6. Ability to take directions from supervisors .

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively and positively with students, parents, community, staff and administration.

  2. Ability to effectively coach and manage students of this age level.

  3. Ability to model skills, techniques and strategy.

  4. Ability to promote and encourage a positive attitude within the team, both on and off the court.

POSITION:  Dean of Students/Athletic Director position serving secondary students.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Valid Teaching or Administrative Certificate.

  2. Appropriate educational preparation.

  3. Experience in secondary grades is highly desirable.

  4. Successful middle or high school teaching experience.

DEMONSTRATED ABILITIES:

  1. To communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, community, staff and administration.

  2. To effectively mentor students.

  3. To work cooperatively as a member of a building team.
