First-Time Cannoli Makers! 🇮🇹👩🍳🍰
Our Baking and Pastry students tried their hand at making homemade cannoli for the first time! They crafted the dough from scratch, strained the cheese with cheesecloth, chopped rich chocolate for the filling, carefully fried the dough using traditional cannoli tube forms, and finished by piping in the creamy goodness.
YUM! 😋❤️ #KittitasCoyotes

After drying for a couple of days, the students painted their models. 🎨 When they return from Spring Break, they’ll create maps of their islands! 🏝️✏️ #KittitasCoyotes

🎉 Monster Madness on Thursday, February 20th! 🎉
The monsters were delivered to their rightful homes (aka Mrs. Dixon’s first grade class)! Each student tried to figure out which monster was theirs by matching their unique designs. 🧐
Once all the monsters found their owners, Mrs. Uceny’s Personal Choices class brought the fun to life by reading the stories they created together! 📚✍️ It was awesome to see the first graders following along with the stories! 👏
The first graders absolutely LOVED their monsters, and there was so much pride and joy shared by the high school students who saw their hard work come to life! 😄🎉 #KittitasCoyotes
